Sales Support Specialist with German - remote
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow up on inbound leads and initiate outbound cold calls/emails
- Identify key stakeholders and generate interest in potential clients
- Assist in building training materials and work instructions
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients to build trust and loyalty
- Engage with internal and external teams via email, phone, and CRM tools
- Work collaboratively with upstream and downstream teams to ensure smooth communication
Key Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 1-2 years of experience in an international or customer service environment
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com or other CRM tools is a plus
- Fluent in German (C1) and good knowledge of English (B1)
- Experience working with ERP systems and proficiency in MS Excel
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Comfortable making numerous calls and emails per day
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with internal customers
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Understanding of KPIs and SLAs
