Senior Integration Engineer (API & Policy)
We are looking for a Senior Policy Engineers to join a global technology initiative focused on API-driven policy design and integration. This role is suited for a technically strong, self-driven professional who is comfortable working across distributed teams and engaging directly with key stakeholders in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex business rules for CDD/KYC processes
- Develop Python-based business logic within microservices
- Build, integrate, and troubleshoot REST APIs
- Validate and process data in JSON and XML formats
- Translate business and regulatory requirements into technical solutions
- Collaborate effectively in a distributed, cross-regional team
Requirements
- Experience working in global, cross-region environments (EU timezone alignment)
- Strong business communication and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership and proactive approach
- Solid Python programming skills
- Strong experience with REST APIs
- Strong knowledge of JSON and XML validation
- Practical understanding of GitHub Copilot for scripting support
Nice to Have
- Experience with rule engines, workflow systems, or Domain-Driven Design
- Knowledge of Java fundamentals
- Experience with decision tree design and optimization
