Main responsibilities:

  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure team members acquire necessary competencies and skills;
  • Strategize, coach, evaluate, and enhance the professionalism of team members,
  • Assist teams in the development and monitoring of credit risk models,
  • Guarantee the quality of team deliverables,
  • Recruit and integrate new talents into the team,
  • Engage with stakeholders effectively.

Requirements:

  • Completed higher education in econometrics/quantitative finance/quantitative methods/mathematics/statistics/physics;
  • Min. 5 years of experience with credit risk management and/or modelling,
  • Knowledge of building, updating, monitoring and maintaining credit risk models,
  • Capable of assisting both internal and external clients in comprehending and meeting their requirements and expectations,
  • Fluent English and Polish,
  • Team player with people-oriented focus.
