Duties:

  • Conduct due diligence (Know Your Broker) on new and existing sell-side relationships in compliance with Bank's procedures and AML regulations.
  • Collect, verify, and maintain KYB documentation and data from internal/external sources.
  • Perform and review KYB scoring, ensuring consistency and compliance with local laws.
  • Coordinate onboarding/recertification decisions and manage approval processes.
  • Handle screening alerts and maintain broker KYB data in relevant systems.
  • Prepare KYB reports and perform 1st Line of Defense controls.
  • Respond to KYC requests by coordinating with legal and compliance teams.
  • Report issues or concerns to management.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in similar KYB role gained at Asset Management or Asset Servicing Company.
  • High-quality verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Excellent command of English, written and spoken. Any other language is a plus.
  • Ability to extract, analyse and prepare reporting on KYB-related data.
  • Working knowledge of public sources of Brokers-related data (SWIFT KYC Registry, BrokerCheck, gov.uk, etc.) is a plus.
