Responsibilities:

  • supporting regulatory reporting teams across different countries across Europe and India on interpreting regulatory policies
  • advisory to stakeholders on the impact and importance of the policies on transactions and new products
  • supporting the CFO, Controlling and Head of Reporting in implementing strategic decisions
  • reviewing and giving opinions on existing policies and proposing on regulatory policy in the context of the regulatory disclosures
  • ownership of the development of regulatory interpretations and implementation with external stakeholders
  • maintaining clear communication with business and key stakeholders
  • cooperation with PRA and industry trade bodies

 

Requirements:

  • good knowledge of the regulatory policy, preferably in prudential policy function in a Bank
  • education: fully qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA/CA/CIMA) or similar
  • English high proficiency, both spoken and written
  • experience working in a bank, rating agency, or advisory is a must
  • ability to advise and influence internal stakeholders to ensure regulatory requirements are followed and reported accurately
