Regulatory Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess upcoming and existing regulations across the EMEA region.
- Ensure product compliance with applicable legislation, with a focus on chemical control laws.
- Collect, analyze, and prepare regulatory data and documentation to support internal compliance processes.
- Evaluate potential business risks and opportunities related to regional and national legislation.
- Lead and manage projects related to regulatory changes to minimize risks and maximize business potential.
- Maintain and update compliance data in IT systems.
- Address and resolve regulatory-related shipping blocks.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures.
- Collaborate with R&D, procurement, technical, and logistics teams to ensure compliance of suppliers, raw materials, and product movements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external regulatory representatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field preferred (other qualifications considered based on experience).
- Min. 3 years of hands-on experience with EU REACH compliance
- Ability to work both independently and within global teams.
- Experience with SAP (preferred).
- Fluent in English.
