Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of hydrotechnical and water management projects.
- Conduct technical assessments and prepare detailed project documentation, including plans, specifications, and reports.
- Oversee the preparation of hydrotechnical models and simulations.
- Provide expert advice on water-related engineering challenges such as flood risk, drainage, and water retention systems.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and environmental guidelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, government agencies, and contractors, to ensure project alignment.
- Mentor and supervise junior engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Hydrotechnical Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in hydrotechnical engineering.
- Proficiency in hydrotechnical modeling software
- Strong understanding of hydrology, water resource management, and environmental regulations.
- Experience in project management and team leadership.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
