For our Client we are looking for an experienced Java Developer to build, and maintain scalable backend services and cloud-native applications. The role focuses on leveraging Java, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms to deliver robust, secure, and efficient solutions.
📍 Location: Kraków, hybrid work model – 2 days per week in the office, 3 days remote

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend services using Java (Spring Boot or similar frameworks)
- Design and deploy microservices on Kubernetes clusters
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise application performance
- Ensure security and compliance standards are met
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
Requirements:
- 5+ years of commercial experience in backend development (Java)
- Strong Java programming skills and experience with microservices architecture
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerisation (Docker)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Helm)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Ansible)
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
- Fluent English
