Responsibilities:
- technically advising customers on engineering products, services, and capabilities to best meet the needs of the customer and the designs they are working on
- offering the value propositions of products and services from the company's portfolio
- creating new sales opportunities with prospective customers and contacts
- contact with end customers via various channels (phone, email and chat) to resolve technical questions and propose options and solutions
- cooperation with other departments: production, sales, engineering, customer support
- daily operations in Salesforce
- managing sales pipeline and accurately forecast sales projections to ensure targets are met
Requirements:
- University degree: business or technical preferable
- advanced level of German and English
- previous experience in sales/inside sales/export is required
- good understanding of technical issues
- relevant experience in manufacturing/engineering environment is a plus
