Technology Office Senior Manager - Fast Track Leadership Program
This role is part of a structured 18-month leadership acceleration program aimed at developing future senior technology executives. Acting as a close partner to the Chief Technology Officer, you will support strategic technology management, enterprise architecture, and governance while working closely with senior business and technology leaders.
Key responsibilities include:

Supporting strategic management of the technology domain, including priorities, roadmaps, and standards

Representing the technology function in leadership forums and cross-functional initiatives

Ensuring consistency of enterprise architecture and core retail systems (e.g. POS, ERP, e-commerce, WMS, OMS)

Contributing to governance, portfolio management, and major transformation programs

Coordinating strategic initiatives such as store and logistics digitalization

Strengthening collaboration between technology and business teams

Identifying risks, monitoring technology trends, and recommending development directions

Mentoring technology leaders and experts
After 18 months: readiness to step into a senior technology leadership role with strong strategic and operational capabilities.
Profile:

Experience in technology management within retail, FMCG, e-commerce, or multi-site/international environments

Strong strategic mindset and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives

Experience working closely with C-level stakeholders

Fluency in English (min. C1)
