Karolina Korzeniewska

REX Project Manager Karolina Korzeniewska has joined Antal in 2012 as the insurance consultant with sociological and financial background. For 4 years she developed her skills in the structures of Antal Banking & Insurance division and in 2016 she was promoted to the position of Account Executive Europe. Currently she is responsible for establishing & developing relationships with key business partners in Europe on behalf of Antal and Enloyd and manages the international projects. As the Executive Consultant she is also responsible for leading executive recruitment projects in SSC, BPO and financial markets for top managerial positions. She is experienced in direct search in Poland, the CEE and EMEA regions.
