Supplier Support Specialist with German
For our client - an international company with the brand new office in Krakow, we are looking for a Supplier Support and Product Onboarding Specialist with German language
Responsibilties:
- Product Onboarding for our own assortment of technical supplies
- Support and consultancy for our Suppliers regarding data requirements, technical processes and optimization of product data
- Analysis, transformation and processing of provided data
- Review and improvement of the Product classification, technical specifications, regulations and compliance
- Follow-up of agreed timelines
Requirements:
- Generic knowledge and product understanding in one of those areas would be a great asset : Electric components / Measurement and Power Supplies / Building technology, Automation and electrical installation / Information and communication technology
- Previous experience in customer service/order management/ procurement would be an asset
- Professional skills in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in SAP
- German C1, English B1/B2
