Requitements:
Minimum knowledge of Czech C1, English B2
Knowledge of SAP,
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (advanced Excel)
Positive attitude, openness and commitment
Responsibilities:
Working as part of a Czech-speaking customer service team
Order management (receiving, processing and verifying the accuracy of customer orders and ensuring that customer needs are met)
Ensuring work is carried out in accordance with company standards (taking care of the correct flow of documents and communication in relation to orders and logistics).
Supporting key account managers and sales representatives in the Czech Republic,
Improving customer service procedures and ways of working
Handling complaints and other issues affecting customer orders, liaising with relevant stakeholders as necessary to resolve procurement issues.
