We are looking for candidates for the position of Customer Service Support with German for our client located in Łódź.

Your responsibilities

Customer service phone (incoming calls) and chat and mail in German and English

Resolving customer issues regarding data changes or solution proposals

Provide customers with complete and accurate service

Data entry in our system
