Lead Administrator
Our organization is currently looking for a Lead Administrator. The primary purpose of this role is to provide significant technical expertise in architecture planning and design of the concerned tower (platform, database, middleware, backup etc) as well as managing its day-to-day operations.
Role Description
The Lead Administrator will be responsible for providing adequate support in architecture planning, migration & installation for new projects in own tower. You will lead the structural and architectural design of a platform, middleware, database, back up, etc. according to various system requirements to ensure a highly scalable and extensible solution. Additionally, you will be expected to manage the day-to-day operations of the tower, troubleshooting any issues, conducting root cause analysis (RCA), and developing fixes to avoid similar issues.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Lead Administrator or similar role
- Technical knowledge of own tower (platform, application, database etc)
- Understanding of IT industry and its trends
- Experience in team management, including hiring, training and performance management
- Experience in stakeholder interaction
