In this Antal ESG report for 2022, we have summarized the highlights of our activities in the areas of social responsibility, corporate governance and environmental protection (ESG). It is the first Antal ESG Report prepared in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) international reporting standard, which we consciously decided to publish earlier, before it became mandatory. The purpose of the Report is to present our approach to conducting business and show a strategic view of the future.

We carry out our activities within the framework of Antal's ESG Strategy 2022- 2025 commitments.

The Report presented here is our first ESG Report and is prepared in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiative’s international reporting standard. The Report also includes references to the UN Sustainable Development Goals. As a human resource consulting company shaping trends in the labor market, we realize that we not only have a responsibility, but also an opportunity to carry out real changes that affect the environment, so - as the first HR company in Poland - we consciously decided to start ESG reporting earlier, before it becomes mandatory.
