I am pleased to present to you a report on the activity of specialists and managers in the dynamic context of the modern labor market. In the context of constant economic changes and the evolution of professional needs, the analysis of the current year draws our attention to key trends and phenomena that have had an impact on the professional trajectories of the respondents. In 2023, more than half of the respondents emphasize that they have not noticed a significant improvement in their situation on the labor market. This phenomenon becomes particularly visible in the context of remuneration. It is worth noting that employees received lower raises compared to previous years, and only 8% of them had a chance for a raise exceeding 20%. Around 50% of respondents did not receive a raise at all or received it at a level of up to 5%.

The salary increases that we observed corresponded mainly to the impact of inflation and general market trends, which translates into small changes in the real value of remuneration. It is also worth emphasizing that although the challenges are tangible, the labor market shows some signs of stabilization. The unemployment rate has reached a record low, currently at 5%, which is an extremely positive indicator for the condition of the market. The report sheds light on current trends and turmoil in the labor market for specialists and managers in 2023. The data and analyses presented are valuable advice for both employers and anyone interested in the labor market.
