Antal has published the second edition of the “Trends in the Recruitment of Professionals and Managers” report, based on a survey of a sample of 730 people responsible for recruitment in their companies between December 2, 2024, and February 3, 2025. The report examines current trends in the recruitment of professionals and managers, considering factors such as the impact of digitalisation and automation on recruitment processes, as well as the evolution of work models. Additionally, the report addresses the challenges of attracting and retaining talent in the context of the economic downturn and shifting candidate expectations.
We are pleased to present the second edition of the report “Trends in the recruitment of professionals and managers”. Our goal is to provide reliable analysis and data in order to help you better understand the dynamically changing labor market and make strategic staffing decisions.
Currently, the Polish labor market is undergoing significant transformations related to the increasing digitization and automation of processes, changes in work models and the growing importance of future competencies. In the face of an economic slowdown resulting from global trade tensions, rising energy costs and geopolitical uncertainty related to the conflict in Ukraine and its impact on supply chains, companies need to reshape their growth strategies, including their hiring strategies. Employers face the challenge of attracting and retaining talent amid rising candidate expectations and pressure for operational efficiency. At the same time, increased caution in hiring professionals is resulting in longer recruitment processes. In addition, a demand for highly skilled professionals continues to grow in many sectors, while the need for junior-level employees is declining, prompting companies to implement more flexible and innovative recruitment methods and new models of human resource management.
Our report presents the latest data on the length of recruitment processes, candidate selection methods and the use of modern technologies, including artificial intelligence, in recruitment. We also point to the growing importance of personalizing the candidate experience and the increasing role of internal recruitment and employee recommendations.
We hope that this study will provide you with valuable tips and inspiration to further develop your recruitment strategies. We encourage you to read and reflect on the findings presented.
With kindest regards,
Artur Skiba
