The report allows to answer the question whether new investors and local employers can count during recruitment on human resources from outside Lodz and to what extent. The report also shows how the duality of the city of Lodz and the closely located capital of Warsaw is reflected in new business opportunities. To this end, Antal analyzed a huge amount of data. Antal reached for job market reports describing the activity of specialists and managers in the labour market, prepared statistical analyzes based on several thousand recruitment processes that have been carried out, and compiled them with the data from public institutions. In addition, we conducted several in-depth interviews with relocated persons, which allowed us to examine the topic even better.
