At the same time I declare that:
1. I am aware that provision of my data is voluntary, and my relevant consent is the basis for their processing;

I am aware that my personal data will be processed until the consent is revoked, with the reservation that after the revocation of the consent the data may be further processed for the period of prescription of claims, both those which the data controller has the right to pursue and those which the data subject has the right to pursue against the data controller.

I consent to receiving from Antal sp. z o. o., by means of electronic communication, commercial information (in particular the information on the recruitment market, e-books, reports, invitations to workshops, materials related to employer branding etc.) within the meaning of the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means of 18 July 2002 (Journal of Laws of 2013, item 1422) and to the use by Antal sp. z o. o. of terminal equipment and automated calling systems within the meaning of the act of 16 July 2004 – Telecommunications Law (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 243).
