Antal Poland has published 5. edition of Salary Report
According to the 2015 Antal Salary Report, the average gross monthly salary offered to professionals and managers in Poland in 2014 amounted to PLN 9658. This marks a slight drop compared to 2013 figures.
The highest salaries were offered to Senior Management – a gross monthly average of PLN 17 503 in 2014. Law professionals took second place with an average salary of PLN 12 460, but were followed closely by Sales and Marketing professionals and managers who earned a gross average salary of PLN 10 380.
"The most recent Antal Salary Report outlines the stability of sectors in which the highest salaries are offered. Moreover, the average salaries in these sectors are increasing which bodes well for the future. Once again, the highest remunerations were offered to members of Senior Management – according to the most recent salary report, the average gross monthly salary within this group amounted to PLN 17 503. The Legal and Sales & Marketing sectors also remain leaders in this regard – even though a steady supply of suitable candidates is available, they continue to be offered high salaries." – comments Artur Skiba, Director of the Board of Management of Antal International and Vice-President of the Association of Employment Agencies.
