Job Market Rejuvenating After Two Years of Stagnation
The latest research indicates that the hiring prospects for specialists and managers in Poland are the most optimistic in the last two years. After a prolonged period of stagnation, employment across various industries is once again gaining momentum.
Most Active Industries
According to the data, the leading sectors planning the most hires are:
- IT Software with 61% of companies intending to recruit,
- Engineering at 60%,
- Telecommunication at 58%.
- Talent Acquisition vs. Employee Layoffs
Antal International, a global recruitment agency, points out in the seventh edition of the Antal Global Snapshot survey that the job market dynamics are improving. What's intriguing is that a staggering 53% of employers are planning to hire new specialists and managers in the upcoming quarter. Conversely, only 13% of those surveyed anticipate layoffs in this professional category. Furthermore, 54% of employers surveyed are currently involved in recruitment projects.
