We are pleased to present to you a report from the 15th edition of the survey on the activity of specialists and managers in the labour market. This is another year for which we analyse key trends and the most important challenges and expectations from the employees’ point of view – including ongoing digitisation and mental welfare needs. We also describe the most important needs and expectations of employees.

This year’s survey indicates a stabilisation of the trends we have observed in recent years (lower average raises, a  smaller percentage of people reporting an improvement in their professional standing, and a decline in the willingness of specialists and managers to relocate). At the same time, the market continues to be dynamic, as confirmed by the growing number of invitations to recruitment processes and the frequency of participation in them. Despite these increases, only one third of the respondents say they are actively looking for a job.

These results illustrate the uncertainty about the professional standing currently faced by specialists and managers. We hope that the comments from Antal’s experts will help you make the right decisions in the face of ongoing changes.

With its in-depth analysis of trends, the report is a valuable source of knowledge for anyone interested in the current state of the labour market in Poland.

We encourage you to familiarise yourselves with the results of the survey and wish you an inspiring read.

Yours faithfully,
Artur Skiba
President of Antal
