Antal relies on the best: new directors in the company
Antal introduced personnel changes related to the management of the Company. Małgorzata Parczewska-Pałka has joined the company's management as Chief Financial Officer and Katarzyna Biernacka has taken the role of Chief People Officer. Dominik Kalinowski has also joined the Antal team, taking the newly created position of Head of Outsourcing. In turn, Agnieszka Wójcik will be promoted to the position of Communications & Market Research Director.
Personnel changes adjust the management structure to the needs of Antal in terms of further strategic development, which is to be a leader in HR services in all markets in which the Company operates. The aim of the organization is also to increase the representation of women in managerial positions and to promote the benefits of diversity in business.
Antal grows day after day. But Antal is not only recruiting. By creating new roles in the last months in the organization, we strengthened the areas that are important to us: finance, internal HR and PR & Marketing, because we know how important support teams are in everyday work. We also strengthened the outsourcing area by inviting an experienced expert to our team, says Artur Skiba, President of Antal.
Małgorzata Parczewska-Pałka took the position of Chief Financial Officer. The new CFO has extensive experience in change management, building structures and processes, managing mergers and acquisitions of companies, obtaining financing sources, implementing compliance, establishing new companies abroad. Previously, she managed the finance area in listed companies: Comperia SA and Kino Polska TV SA, a capital group operating on several markets (mainly CEE). She was also a member of the Management Board of Stopklatka SA. As part of her functions, she managed such areas as accounting, tax and compliance, controlling, HR and payroll, administration and the legal department. A graduate of master's and postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics, University of Wisconsin USA (MBA), holds a CIMA certificate.
Katarzyna Biernacka as Chief People Officer is responsible for strategic activities related to the company's personnel policy and administration. Before joining Antal, Katarzyna Biernacka was responsible for the HR area at the Polish branch of HB Reavis (developer of office buildings) and earlier at KONE (elevators and escalators) for Poland and Ukraine. Katarzyna has been working directly with management boards since the beginning of her career and has many years of experience gained in international organizations in planning structures, process optimization and implementation, and change management. As a trainer, he specializes in conducting trainings in the areas of communication, cooperation and team management. Working individually with individuals, he supports development by identifying internal barriers.
As a result of the promotion, Agnieszka Wójcik took the position of Communications & Market Research Director. Agnieszka Wójcik is responsible for the implementation of the company's strategic goals in the area of research, PR & Marketing and Employer Branding. She started her professional career in the Association of Employment Agencies. She gained further experience in the structures of leading recruitment and personnel consulting companies. She successfully built the Market Research division in Antal and put the company in a leading position in terms of brand strength in the market. She has been with Antal for 9 years and during that time she has been promoted many times from the position of a specialist. He specializes in business analyzes, implementation of consulting projects for organizations and shaping the image of B2B brands.
Dominik Kalinowski took the position of Head of Outsourcing. Dominik Kalinowski is responsible for the development and implementation of processes, procedures and sales policy regarding the Outsourcing service and for activities related to contract management. The new Head of Outsourcing has many years of experience in sales, marketing, business development and project management (including outsourcing project management) gained in international organizations in the HR services industry. He successfully implemented strategies for entering products on the market and conducted promotional activities supporting sales.
For several years, one of the areas of Antal's dynamic development has been outsourcing. We already employ nearly 400 contractors for our clients. Our goal for the coming years is further dynamic growth in this area - adds Artur Skiba, President of Antal.
