On July 11, Antal published the 12th edition of the Salary Report, indicating the level of remuneration for specialist and managerial positions. The average monthly salary for specialists and managers amounted to PLN 14,038 compared to PLN 13,654 in the 11th edition, representing a 3% increase from the previous year.

We are delighted to present to you the twelfth edition of our salary report, which provides a comprehensive compilation of data and analyses, enriched with valuable expert comments. This report reflects the current situation in the labor and salary market.

Over the past year, we have observed small wage increases, which are primarily caused by inflation and the stabilization of general market trends. These increases are particularly due to rising living costs, which translate into higher expectations of employees and candidates. However, employers are managing budgets much more cautiously than last year, keeping in mind the increased costs associated with maintaining operations.

Wage increases are primarily noted among individuals who have only recently started their professional careers. These are the people who feel the impact of price increases the most and, as a result, negotiate higher wage rates. In addition, their salaries are adjusted for inflation. At the same time, the salaries of managers and directors are increasing slightly.

Considering the dynamic market situation and the associated rising cost of maintaining businesses, employers are focusing on enhancing their competitiveness by offering attractive benefits. These include bonus systems, fuel cards, and relocation packages. Entrepreneurs are increasingly hiring candidates with less experience, which is related to frugal planning of recruitment budgets.

It should also be noted that in 2023, outsourcing is becoming even more popular as a form of collaboration. Entrepreneurs, instead of creating new positions, opt for outsourcing mainly simple tasks and processes, which allows them to manage resources more effectively.

The Salary Report we present provides a detailed and comprehensive analysis of current wage trends in the market. We hope that the information it provides will assist in making strategic personnel decisions and setting competitive wage rates.
