Michał Borkowski Team Manager of Antal Finance & Accountancy

For 11 years he has been associated with the financial sector, and in Antal Polska he has been developing for 5 years. He started as a consultant implementing recruitment processes in the area of professional services, and at the moment he is responsible for the development of the Finance & Accountancy team implementing recruitment processes for specialist, managerial and director positions, including in the accounting, tax and controlling departments. Actively cooperates with institutions certifying financiers, supports the development of students of faculties related to broadly understood finance. He carries out recruitment processes for key managerial roles himself, and supports business development. As part of his responsibility, he develops the HR & Admin and Legal teams.
