Karolina Korzeniewska Strategic Client Advisor

A sociologist with extensive project experience in international corporate structures. She has worked in the consulting and recruitment industry for over a decade. She joined Antal in 2012 and has been working with clients from the financial institutions industry in HR policy development and recruitment processes for strategic positions. Successful development of competencies and skills led to her promotion to the position of Account Executive Europe, which she has held since 2016. Since January 2020, she has been leading the international HR-tech project ReX. Currently, she is responsible for building and maintaining key relationships with business partners in Poland and Europe. Since February 2024, she has been responsible for developing the Antal Business Consulting division, supporting clients in selecting tools and implementing projects in the following areas: research, business process optimization, employee development and assessment, audits and employer branding and more.
